Don’t be confused by the name Kitchen Tune Up. Parker and his crew are extremely talented and skilled professionals, who can fulfill your wishes for a new kitchen, bathroom, built-in cabinetry, feature walls, and so much more. We had a master bath, kitchen, and cabinetry built by KTU. The most valued part of our renovation was the willingness of Parker & his team to entertain our creative ideas, and to make them come to reality.
With regards to price, KTU is competitive. They weren’t the lowest bid we received, but Parker was responsive, and kept in communication with us. That is more than I could say for any of his competitors.
The quality of the cabinetry, the fit and finish of the paint and accessories defines the value of their services. The only downside is that because of this, we wanted to remodel our entire house.
There are areas that KTU didn’t handle for us. We arranged for our own countertops, faucets, sinks, tile, etc. Maybe this is an industry standard of practice? It allowed us to be creative in picking out details that spoke to us
If we had an issue, they made it right as soon as possible. Their comment to satisfying their customers is evident in everything they do. Even when their customers are frustrated at the process, KTU maintains a level of professionalism and commitment that is often overlooked by small business owners.
