When our Amazon delivery did not arrive in time for us to take 5 maps to our offsite meeting in Sausalito, I reached out to Mike Rice at ColorPrint and told him of my predicament. While he could not assist me on such short notice, he recommended me to SpeedPro in San Rafael.
I was lucky enough to reach Bill Garrett when I called who listened to my situation and suggested that I send him an email with all particulars including the PDF of the world map I found online. Bill got back to me right away, said my map would not work since it was too small but said he found another online, and gave an estimate for printing and courier delivery of my order to the hotel in Sausalito where we were going to have our meeting. Not only was the final product exactly what we wanted, it was delivered at 4:30pm well in advance of my requested delivery time of 6pm! I am VERY impressed with Bill and the service he provided to me on such short notice and his thoughtfulness in finding another world map himself which worked better.
