We thought the requirement to pay in full prior to the work being done was unusual.
Although professional and cordial, the installers left our door with areas still needing to be scraped from the previous decals as well as smudges. We felt like for the price paid, the door should have looked clean and free of residue. The communication could have been a little better.
We were told that we were on the schedule for an afternoon and it was 2 days later when the installers showed up.
