The staff was generally very flexible and great to work with, and helped me through a difficult situation… However, Christine was extremely rude and condescending. If you ever have to talk with her do not, get someone else! they have great people, everyone else as sienna, Jenna and Ted the marketing person and others I talked with. Ted, especially came through with that last minute requirement within a couple hours that was highly positive service needed and appreciated. They did get instructions mixed up and wrong sometimes but they adjusted as soon as I advised them. They did adjust to my needs after the first few days and I had a good aide, dolores so I was happy. Had tabitha for one day but she was a disaster…you just need the right person and your services are appreciated. Name removed
