Dear Fast Signs Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience at your establishment that left me quite dissatisfied, and I believe it is essential to share my concerns in the hope of improving your services.
On April 12th , 2023 I initiated a quote from Fast Signs with high expectations based on a recommendation from a fellow business owner. However, my experience did not align with my expectations. I did not receive any updates and continued reaching out until June 28th when we were able to finally finalize design and payment. It is September and we still do not have a sign. I feel compelled to share the following observations:
Delays in Order Fulfillment: The sign was promised to be completed in a timely matter, but we have been waiting for months to receive our sign.
Lack of Communication: Our customer service contact, Johnathan, was not very communicative. We had to continually check in with him about our signs. He did not keep us updated and kept promising products that we did not get on time or they were incorrect.
Unfulfilled Promises: Because our sign is delayed, we were asked if they could provide us with temporary vinyl signs and an A-frame to serve as our sign until our order was ready. We approved a design, and it was given to us correctly. However, when we picked it up, we were promised that the sign would be delivered to correct the incorrect sign. It has been almost two weeks, and we have not received the corrected sign or the vinyl sign promised to us.
I was particularly disappointed because your business came highly recommended. While I understand that mistakes can happen in any business, it is crucial to address them to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
I believe there is room for improvement in the following areas:
Improved Customer Communication: The customer service communication needs significant improvement. If a customer's order is taking longer than projected, the customer should be promptly notified, and proactive updates should be provided.
Quality Control and Timely Delivery: Your business should ensure that promised products or services are correct and delivered on time. Meeting commitments is vital for building trust with customers.
Follow-through on Promises: It's essential to follow through on promises, such as delivering the corrected sign and the temporary vinyl signs promptly. This demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction.
