I love the coaches. I was a little uncomfortable working out in a group setting, and I really didn't know what I was doing with weights. The coaches patiently brought me into the fold and helped me get comfortable with weight-lifting form.
They also motivate me to improve my rowing and treadmill performance. I was a solo outdoor jogger before, and I can tell you, I just sort of stayed the same. It got boring. The coaches challenge me to go a little faster or farther, and it is so much fun to see what you're really capable of. I wouldn't do that without their encouragement. My resting heart rate is now 49, so that's a bonus, too.
The coaches have endless positivity and good vibes -- a day when I go to OrangeTheory rarely goes awry, because they set the tone.
