The company has been reliable, helping me to cover needs to help my father. Jackie was really great at organizing the schedule of help and responding to changing needs and even showing up to help my father herself on occasion. Sandi was also really great with my dad and I appreciated her help getting him to appointments and haircuts and the rapport she had with him. Terry was also good with my dad, especially the few times she was with him at the AL place, she encouraged him to participate in activities which was helpful. When we had the sudden need for 24-hour help, Jackie was able to get a schedule of people to help out almost immediately, starting that very night! I also really liked Marnell and Jennifer, whom I met when they stayed with my dad for night shifts.
