Stating with the first representative on the phone, who scheduled a home visit promptly, to the account manager (Nolan Helmer), whose succinct explanations, professional bearing, and rapid capturing of all necessary measurements and information made our encounter quite comfortable. The installation team were on-time and polite, the work they did was excellent as far as I can tell. They left a minimal amount of dropped debris, screws and bits of clippings or trimmings during installation. All in all, everyone who represented the company did a great job.
