I believe things happen for a reason. Sometimes we don't know why but it does happen. Having had this happen with my house, I didn't know what to do. The intake adjuster gave me a list of 3 names for water mitigators and Service Masters was the one that answered my call and had an A+ reading on BBB. After making that call to Service Masters and then getting the follow up call from Yusuf, I immediately knew we were in good hands. He was very attentive with answering any questions we had and being available whenever we had an issue.
As far as the actual service, they are fast and efficient. They care about the property and the person. Most of them didn't speak English but courtesy and friendliness can be shown without words. I really like Yusuf, Mo, and the whole team. They are a great group of men!!
