Fitness Together built a plan for me and I just renewed for 50 more sessions after starting with 30. 2x a week. I'm super happy with the personal program that was developed for me, and 1 on 1 motivation and corrections on my exercises as well as my progress. This isnt a muscle beach type place. Its more about my body and my specific needs. Everyone's noticed my improvements and their training has far exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend you check them out, especially if like me, you need motivation repetition adding in new exercises as you progress and listening or observing my limitations and weaknesses,then building around that. Bob and his staff are great.
