Here are some I can think of:
- Being able to challenge myself in every workout, but I can also take it easier if I'm not feeling 100%.
- The frequent social events are fun although I haven't gotten to as many as I wish I could have.
- A combo of cardio and strength training so I don't do too much of one or the other.
- Having someone else come up with the exercises that give me a total body workout and variety rather than me trying to do that on my own.
- Supportive and fun coaches who make sure I am using the proper form.
- The different types of challenges give me a motivation boost and help me understand where I stand. It's nice to be able to compare my time to others too.
