Daryl was incredibly flexible when I was working on an offer to purchase a home, and was very understanding when I chose to cancel my appointment because the purchase was not going ahead.
Just a short time later, I again asked him to inspect a home within a short timeline, and he was there for me, no problem. Within 24-hours of the inspection, I received a full report.
I cannot imagine it’s easy to run a business like this, but never once did he make me feel like I was a burden. I appreciate his time, knowledge, punctuality, and customer service.
