I am not happy with the exchange my team had with Amerispec this morning. We realized that the report was not paid for until 5:26pm however, it was not released until the next business day. This is problematic when we have deadlines to meet. This repeat client of mine selected Amerispec to conduct their home inspection since your company completed the inspection on their first property purchase.
You can see in your system I have had Amerispec complete over 100+ inspections throughout my real estate career. Most recently we have had to go another route due to the technology that other companies have to utilize in providing their reports & communication with our clients. While I love the inspectors at Amerispec and typically have an overall good experience, the issue of not having this report released upon payment was a huge issue for us, and no apology was made on the behalf of Amerispec. With that being said we will have to unfortunately take our business elsewhere.
If anything changes, and an apology could also be given to my assistant perhaps we can look at doing business in the future, but currently the lack of technology is a hinderance for future business.
