I like how Bach 2 Rock provides opportunities for kids to experience musical training and to work in studios to produce high quality recordings of the music/voice work that the kids create.
My journey with Bach2Rock has been complex. It started off rough and for a while I wasn't very happy with how things were going, but the place has improved dramatically and now I have a better idea of what Bach2Rock can do when things are working correctly.
My only feedback comment to Bach2Rock is there are too many single source failure points when it comes to scheduling kids with teachers. I understand that finding a qualified professional that knows the specific instrument that the kid is wanting to play might be a difficult/impossible task, but from a customer standpoint, the customers need to have the illusion that a teacher will be available at the scheduled time even if the teacher has to change to make it happen. I feel that this has been happening more lately, but there was a time, where getting a reliable class and teacher was very difficult and the company was putting responsibility on the parents to reschedule appointments over and over again. Bach2Rock needs to cover that side better and ensure that there are backups in place at all times.
Otherwise I'm very happy with everything now and I'm excited to see Bach2Rock continue to improve. The efforts thus far have been noticed.
