This is a purchase 5 years in the making. Nick always treated my own thought process, values and life-timing as the highest priority in the decision process. He operates in a customer-centric manner, making me (the customer) the most important part of the equation. This is a stark shift from “old school” agents who drive the sale and push subtle agendas. In this 5yr period we had multiple bids, some almost bids and a real heart-to-heart on what I’m buying and why. I valued his advise, his referrals for loan and closing and his fierce negotiations.
