The initial meeting with the sales rep was a perfect example of the RIGHT way to do business. He is personable and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Technically he didn't sell us the lift, it sold itself based on his thorough knowledge and approach to us. The price was right, considering the quality of the product.
The installer was slow but careful. It was his first "solo" installation, and i believe he will get faster as time goes on. He did a great job. The ONLY negative was him not sweeping up the metal shavings from cutting, but that is very minor. Thanks again for your company's approach to business. I wish everyone did it your way.
