I had water damage; the house was a mess. The ServiceMaster technicians were such nice friendly people. They told me daily what time I could expect them, and they showed up on time.
A supervisor called me almost every day to check on things, and he stopped by throughout the week they were here to check on the progress and how I was feeling about how things were going. As the technicians did all the work to clear the water, cut drywall, pull up carpet and wood flooring they cleaned up behind themselves as they worked, not waiting until the end of the day. It was never chaotic; they were very organized and knew what they were doing. Every evening my house was intact, and I never felt like I was living in a war zone from a mess.
I would highly recommend them.
