I had Mike Fortier as my contact and lead on the project that needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable, acts quickly, always available and will go above and beyond in approaching his work. He listened carefully to my requests and carried through on everything I asked him to do. He and his crew were excellent and ensured that the house was in the best condition possible for new ownership. He is highly recommended.
