The service is consistently reliable. The "Merry Maids" are pleasant, take their job seriously, and have been trained to do a good job.
One of the reasons that I was drawn to Merry Maids when I used their service both in Indiana and now in Ohio is that both agencies make it possible for their employees to have access to Social Security. Cleaning service is hard work, especially when you do multiple houses in the same day.
The owner of the agency I'm using has experience in running a business and is concerned about her employees as well as her clients. She is friendly and approachable, and "runs a tight ship." The products being used up-to-date seem to be doing the job. When I had trouble opening and closing Venetian blinds at the patio sliding door, the Merry Maid of the day knew exactly what product to use to make the blinds easier to use. same for the glass stove-top. The vacuum sweepers used do a good job.
