I really enjoyed having Nick Petrucci as my realtor. The word flawless comes to mind. He is experienced, detail oriented, thorough, always cheerful, and a great communicator. His market knowledge and preparation were impressive. He was responsive to questions whenever I raised them, which were often outside of business hours. He really loves his profession and uses a "state of the art" approach in terms of technology, which has so many advantages. Nick was able to find a buyer for my home by networking with a colleague in his office which resulted in my home selling for an excellent price without ever actually going on the market, which was ideal. There are so many superlatives I could mention about my experience with Nick. He is a wonderful human being and a fabulous realtor. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending him.
