I really liked that Daryl was so thorough with his report! He was very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions/ advice on when to replace or repair things. Lots of pictures throughout the home and exterior so I could see things I wouldn't of seen for myself. For example on the roof where I did not look when viewing the home. Also he was friendly and I didn't feel uncomfortable as I'm a single lady not from the area coming alone to do my inspection of my new home . Thank you so much for your help 😁👍cheers
