Customer services continues to improve and the place is keep clean (men's locker room facilities). Renovation to men's steam room is very welcome, great job finally.
One observation, employees should not park in front of building close to main entrance door. Better yet, employees should have a dedicated parking area(s). There are a good number of seniors (paying customers) have to walk further to enter the building because the younger staff members take up the premium parking spots in front of the building. Upper management should not park their (high end) vehicles at the main entrance curb at any time for any reason! No one else does.
