I have been very fortunate to have only one lady come to clean our house. I can trust her to do good job and she does what needs to be done. We have 3 dogs now and and they are afraid of the vacuum so we have it arranged for her to vacuum in the bedroom and master bath with the door closed. When she is finished there we move the dogs into the bedroom and close the door so she can vacuum the rest of the house. She is very good to make sure she meets all our needs. That is why when Sam is unavailable to clean we skip our cleaning days until she is available. We don't want to try to train another person to clean. Sam is just the best!
