Joe understood our work schedule, and was available to us when we were off in the evenings or on weekends. Joe knew our realtor personally and worked with him to help guide us through the process of searching for a home we could afford. Prior to closing, he helped us to understand the variety of costs outlined in the paperwork so that we were comfortable before we ever got to the signing table.
