Tom was awesome! He helped my parents purchase their first home and when I decided to finally try this whole "adulting" thing (it's a trap, don't do it if you can avoid it) and purchase my first place it was a no brainer to ask him first. Tom was super patient and walked me through everything, and was always ready and willing to stop and explain. On top of that, with his guidance, I found an awesome place super quick - the only bummer of which meant that I didn't get to spend as much time with him as I otherwise would have liked as I managed to learn a ton and enjoyed his company. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
