For the most part, the service has been excellent. Ofelia is a doll. I feel very secure knowing my mother is well taken care of. Ofelia clearly cares about my mother. The condo is always clean, there is always food in the fridge, and my mother is clean and has clean clothes. I know sometimes my mother gives Ofelia a hard time, but she always handles it with patience and kindness. What more could I ask for?
