The only issued I have is after the fire your service was supposed to come and seal up the window that was broken and the hole in the roof. My husband waited up all night into the early morning and after a second phone call saying someone would be at our house in 2 hours and they never showed he finally at 4:00am went to sleep. The tech called the next morning saying he was on the way over claiming this is the first notice he received to come and do the work. He did come within a half-hour and completed the job the next morning. It did rain overnight and no one was there to cover the hole in the roof until the next morning. We were somewhat annoyed that my husband stayed awake into the early morning hours waiting for someone to come but they never showed up until the next day.
