I contacted Elke because she had sold another house in the neighborhood for what seemed a very good price for the Seller. She set up an appointment to come view my house. She walked through, and got an idea about the value, although she also had to work with an appraiser to come with a solid number.
Elke gave me suggestions and contacts to put the house into the best possible light and condition for sale.
When the house was ready to go, Elke had a 3D presentation created on a Thursday. She came up with a pricing strategy, which I signed off on, and the house was listed the following day.
Over the weekend, I believe there were 12-14 showings. By Monday, we had 6-7 solid offers, all above asking price. The house closed within a month of the listing.
I had no understanding at all of how to sell a home. Elke handled everything. She was never pushy but instead always available and helpful. She responded to every text or call promptly, was always professional, and went far beyond the call of duty in selling my home.
