There was confusion between myself and other members in our party on the day of closing and Chris, as well as other members of the John Adams team were extremely flexible with getting the closing done. I thought at several points we would have to change the date of the closing but we got through it quickly and efficiently with no stress. As a first time homebuyer I also had lots of questions and everyone was very helpful in answering them in the simplest way so I understood every step of the process.
