It's has everything you'd like for workouts. Now me I like the pool and specifically the resistance pool. I do wish they also had a sauna room but maybe one day. The staff are very friendly and always greet you as you arrive and try to know you on a first-name basis. There is a basketball gym if one is so inclined to use it. Always clean and the people that attend are sociable of a sociable type.
