First of all Nicole Marcy (Compliance Manager), who was on call the night of my flood, was incredible. I was in a total panic and she walked me through what was to occur and provided updates until the crew arrived. She was pretty much the person who kept grounded through the event. Justin and his cleaning crew arrived at the promised time. Justin was professional and pleasant to deal with and his crew ensured my condo was deemed safe until the next phase of the restoration could be completed. I felt relieved knowing I had a competent company taking care of the emergency phase of my restoration. So much so, I have decided to continue with Service Master for the repair phase of the restoration. The Project Manager assigned to my project (Ezequiel) has continued providing the high level of customer service standard Service Master has been known for.
