I like the way the staff shows up on time and is friendly. I like having a routine; a regular appointment on the same day of the week each time. I like having a Team Leader come to my house; someone who has experience. I like having the same staff arrive whenever possible. I am picky about having the house well cleaned, so I appreciate the hard work that the staff performs. It is very important to me that the staff is given ample time to do the job so that there is no rushing. This way things don't get broken.
I'm not too fussy about which products are used, but I have noticed that a bath and shower cleaner with bleach does a better job.
