I know it's not very helpful unless it is a public review. I'm sorry I just tend not to do a lot publicly. But I just want you to know your customer service is amazing. You all have been really good about dealing with my work ADD and constantly having to clarify my cleaning days lol!
My parents used a Merry Maids in their town at my prompting, and it was a really rough experience.
I feel very grateful for you. I have a recommended your service to people, unfortunately they live out of town and I understand it is not equal across the board, nor the same owners. But if anyone is ever looking for a service within the greater Columbus area, they will always hear Merry Maids from me.
