The two aides assigned to Millie Steinmetz are extraordinary professionals. They are kind, skilled, attentive, and personable. They both won Millie over in just a few days....and that is saying something! They make Millie comfortable, but are insistent that she do what is healthy and right for herself. She trusts them and fully cooperates with them at this point. That is a relief to her family members.
It is easy to communicate with the staff at ComforCare. They return calls in a timely manner, are sure to communicate any concerns they or the aides may have concerning Millie. The nurse, Jose, is especially considerate, kind, and professional. He alerts us to any issues that may arise. We are grateful for the services you are providing.
