have been using molly maids for years now, and ana rosa has been our team lead for the last several (4-5?) years. couldn't be happier! ana rosa (her team partner sometimes changes) knows what i want, is thorough, efficient, and courteous. if i ask to have something done, i never have to mention it again! it's her attention to detail and the little extra things (like wiping down the glass sliding door inside & out) that really stand out and make a difference.
and the molly maids office staff, claudia specifically, are great - friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate last minute changes to our schedule.
highly recommend molly maids - would not go anywhere else (and i used 3 other agencies before molly maids)!
