Quick, easy, convenient, and most importantly encouraging and positive. I would consider my cardiovascular health as fit and my strength (muscle tone) as average, but i still must maintain weight within military guidelines. I have been using phentermine as needed for over 10 years. Sometimes one month supply per year, sometime two, sometime zero. In some cases the physicians would try to shame every visit, even when there was significant progress being made and not only did it make me dread going, my results have been significantly better in the positive environment provided by physicians Plan.
