The gym facilities are great and never too busy. It is spacious and clean. The classes are easy to book and even though I have only attended three classes they were fun, the trainers were good and the classes well attended. The changing rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and some have been there for many years which is a good sign, hopefully.
