I appreciate the inclusivity that One Flow cultivates; it's in Jessica greeting you by name, yogis introducing themselves to their neighbors before class begins, and Kate reinforcing that yoga isn't a hierarchy. It's about this moment, embracing it as your own and conquering it (whatever that looks like for you).
I also appreciate the spirituality incorporated into the practice. Yoga isn't just asana and Kate does an excellent job of challenging our minds as wells as our bodies.
