The gym equipment and staff Highgrove are excellent as also all of the reception staff.
The only problem I have, is the swimming pool often looks dirty with huge clumps of hair at the bottom off the deep end. This is often there for a couple of days.
Also the showers on the public side (pool side) sure often cold and take several days for repair.
Generally though, a very well run centre.
