ServiceMaster delivered on what I asked for, but I was offended by the price increases which repeatedly occurred with the flooring supplier. I will complete my remaining projects with other providers.
Kyle was very effective in coordinating the work on time. I appreciated her lead to Rye Moving and Packing that allowed the entire project to be done on time. There would have been a three-week delay for the previous homeowners to move out without Logan Rye.
During the project, the Heat Pump failed. Parkway provided emergency service (over $400) during the first hard freeze of the season. I will consider them for replacing the old system when I make the upgrade.
All in all, I feel that I paid a premium price for ServiceMaster's services, but value was delivered.
