I haven't found a class I don't like. You have a variety of instructors and class types. I am currently in Iron girls and LOVE it! Lori is amazing and the group of girls I'm with have become family. I'm always welcomed with a smile and told to have a great day when I leave. My kids love going to the kids area too. I was worried at first with my youngest, because he gets overwhelmed sometimes, but they constantly say that he does a great job. Both of my girls like to go as well. My oldest is 11 and likes to do the treadmill and bike with me and her dad. My 6 year old can't wait till she is 8 so she can get on the treadmill too!
