I like the friendly and caring and patient teachers, clean and organized classes, effective communication between teachers and parents. My son trusted Ms. Katrina from the first week and I know that trust comes with care; she is amazing. Ms. Kim and her assistant Jackie is very agreeable, responsive, responsible and helpful. They have had helped me with all my questions and needs. My only concern is that the security cameras are not recording. I think this area needs improvements. Or better, parents having access to online security cameras would be perfect.
