The Y’s Downtown staff are wonderful beginning with Julian at the front desk. He always is encouraging and kind.
Strength Training with Heather is an outstanding hour of fitness. Heather is an outstanding coach. She has an outstanding following downtown and treats everyone as they are the most important in the room.
Sprint 8 has been a great small group class. Channing is a great coach and has helped our small group to improve over the eight weeks. I started the class after laying off exercise for 8 months. Within the eight weeks with Sprint 8, I have gained confidence, lost some weight and can do more much physically than when I started the class.
I would highly recommend anyone that would like to improve their health to come to the Downtown Y. People are friendly and before you know it, with consistent effort, you will see progress.
