Every employee that was sent to our home (and there were about 6 different people at different times) for our insurance claim was very polite, timely, and professional, including the employee setting up appointments by phone! This was our first claim in 30 years with our insurance agency, so we had no idea what to expect. Your employees explained different scenarios of what to expect with both our claim and property restoration. They definitely were very helpful and assuring, more so than our insurance agency. We will highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services!
