Good thorough inspection, friendly and easy to work with. Excellent knowledge of residential building construction and code requirements. Company utilizes non-destructive tools to examine areas with minimal or no access (evidence of moisture and areas of missing insulation behind walls/ceiling etc.).
Final report was easy to read and contained recommendations for all findings. I really liked the appliance recall check section of the report as well, this is the first time I've seen this included in an inspection report.
I've moved a few times and used other inspection companies. This was the best experience and most useful inspection report I've received.
