Park Carillon Condominium Complex hired Merry Maids to thoroughly clean all 6 of their buildings' two story front lobbies and back halls; both of which were filthy due to new carpet installation and the unexpected departure of our porter.
The crew arrived on time, with smiles on their faces and all cleaning products and equipment necessary to tackle the tasks at hand. The lead member of the crew reviewed the special requests and cleaning instructions made by a HOA Board Member at the time the service was scheduled.
Without delay, they went straight to work. Cleaning included baseboards, molding,
doors and door frames, banisters, ornamental iron work, mopping and vacuuming. Most impressive was the fact that they knew the order in which to perform the work; by starting at the top and working their way down and out of the buildings.
While working the crew was quiet and respectful of the residents. Just prior to the completion of their work, the lead crew member telephoned to say that the cleaning project was within 10 minutes of completion and wanted to know if we would like to inspect the work they had done.
When Merry Maids left the property, the areas they cleaned were absolutely spotless and smelled divine!
Would we use Merry Maids' services again? In a heartbeat! Will we recommend Merry Maids'
services to our residents, management company, family and friends? Without hesitation.
