Considering that we waited seven years to have our carpet cleaned, we were very pleased with the results that Zerorez achieved. We had dogs in our home during the seven years and were concerned that we'd have to replace the carpet, but after the cleaning we feel we can get several more years of use from our carpet. We were very impressed with the Zerorez technicians that cleaned our carpet and tile. They were on time, explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions before starting.
We also had planned to have Zerorez clean our area rugs in our home, but when the technicians explained the process they go through at their Carpet Care facility we decided to have the rugs cleaned by their Rug Specialist and returned to us without a delivery charge.
