I hosted clients at SCK 5/18. Upon arriving at the restaurant my clients let me know that there would be another person joining us (6 ppl now would be 7). I let Alissa know and she quickly added a chair. Then when my clients showed up, they had yet another person which made our table of 7 need to be a table of 8. Without any hesitation Alissa got a table extender and added the additional guests seamlessly. I have no doubt that this is hard to juggle in a packed restaurant, but she do so with a smile. As a sales person hosting clients for lunch at a restaurant, it was so great that the guest did not feel bad about bringing too many for lunch. Thanks to a great server we had a wonderful lunch and still got to enjoy the lunch hour with entire group.
