As a whole was very satisfied with the work. The ladies were lovely and did everything I asked them to do. After they left I found several things that could have been done better but that was my fault since they asked that I check everything. If I had noticed one of the bathtubs was not done to my satisfaction and under the bed in one of the bedrooms was not dusted they would have fixed the problem. My biggest dissatisfaction was when one of the ladies first arrived she could not speak a word of English. When I called your company and complained I was told why would I need to speak with her since your rep had gone over everything with me a couple of days before. I was not happy about that in case I had thought of something after the rep left that I needed her to do. About a half an hour later another lady came to help and she could translate for her. I will be having your company once a month and would like to have the person doing the cleaning to speak and/or understand English. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends. Hope the same work ethics continue.
