Excellent, excellent service by Chelcie Burns! As my loan case was very complicated with a divorce, Chelcie was amazing in her professionalism, intelligence and perseverance to get the job done in a very timely manner. This included interacting with my attorney directly and pushing though assignments daily where others were not moving. To this point, I would follow Chelcie for my next loan regardless of the mortgage company she worked for. Chelcie makes John Adams mortgage company great !!
Equally great is Mary Matthews on the sales side. Mary was incredible in working closely with the seller and Chelcie on this difficult case loan and sales. Again, like Chelcie, I will follow Mary to whatever company she is at for future real estate transactions.
